How do you access my computer? Is it safe?
I use trusted remote-access tools such as AnyDesk or TeamViewer. You stay in full control the entire time and can see everything I do. I never access your PC without your permission.
What do you need from me to start?
I need a short description of your issue, your Windows version (if known), and your availability for the remote session. Screenshots are helpful but not required.
What if you can't fix the issue?
If I’m unable to solve the problem, you will get a full explanation of the cause and recommended next steps. I do not charge for issues that cannot be fixed remotely.
Can you help with macOS, Linux, or mobile devices?
My gig focuses mainly on Windows support. Basic help with other systems may be possible—feel free to message me first.
Do I need to be at my computer during the session?
Yes. You must approve the remote-access request and stay present during the session for security reasons.
What package should I choose?
Choose the Basic package for 1 small issue. Choose Standard for multiple problems. Choose Premium for deeper troubleshooting or optimization.
