I work with the Baby Got Business Club team to support the growth, strategy, and optimization of their Substack-based newsletter and membership community focused on social media marketing, creator economy insights, and digital business education. The Baby Got Business Club is an exclusive community designed to help creators, founders, and marketers connect, learn, and grow through premium content, live sessions, and insider resources. In my role, I focus on building and managing high-performing newsletter systems that increase subscriber growth, engagement, and long-term retention. Key responsibilities and achievements: • Managed the Substack publication workflow, including scheduling, formatting, and publishing weekly content • Supported subscriber growth strategies through lead magnets, growth loops, and referral campaigns • Optimized email onboarding and retention sequences to improve open rates and reader loyalty • Designed content structures for thought leadership, storytelling, and audience trust • Assisted with community-driven newsletter initiatives such as live sessions, Q&A formats, and premium member content • Built segmentation and automation systems to personalize communication with subscribers • Provided analytics and performance reporting to improve engagement and conversion • Integrated the newsletter ecosystem with social media and audience growth channels This role strengthened my expertise in newsletter growth, audience building, creator monetization, and email-driven business systems.
