Veelgestelde vragen
Do you test on real physical devices or do you use simulators?
I execute all tests exclusively on physical real world devices, including up to date Android smartphones, iPhones, iPads, and Windows/Mac laptops. This guarantees that real user behaviors, network shifts, and hardware bugs are accurately captured without simulator errors.
Can you sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before testing?
Yes, absolutely. I take product security and intellectual property very seriously. If your development team requires a signed NDA or a custom confidentiality agreement before sharing test builds or staging links, please message me before ordering.
What do you need from me to begin the testing process?
To start immediately, I will need a live link to your website or access to your app build. If your platform requires account access to view features, please provide temporary login credentials for testing.
In what format will I receive my final bug delivery report?
You will receive a clean, structured spreadsheet Google Sheets or Excel cataloging every issue found by severity. Each bug entry will include detailed step by step replication instructions, annotated screenshots pointing out the errors, and video screen recordings showing exactly when the bug occur
