Over mij
𝗗𝗼𝗻’𝘁 𝗹𝗲𝘁 𝗺𝘆 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝘆𝗼𝘂. I’m an 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗱𝘂𝗮𝘁𝗲 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗨𝗻𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝗜𝗼𝘄𝗮, living a wonderful life in Lagos, Nigeria, my home country. My language skills are firmly rooted in 𝗔𝗺𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗘𝗻𝗴𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵. I find writing and editing on my laptop at a quiet, secluded beach the perfect setting for creativity and concentration.
My freelance work focuses on two areas: (1) complete editing and formatting for both fiction and non-fiction books, and (2) writing fiction and non-fiction.

My work includes service agreements, independent contractor agreements, NDAs, consulting agreements, SaaS terms, privacy policies, licensing agreements, and other business contracts. I identify contractual risks, improve unclear provisions, and prepare practical revisions.
