Check and verify all accounting vouchers, bank reconciliation and monthly financial matters. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements during arranging payments to Foreign Vendors . Ensure the 3 ways match before finalization of supplier's payment. Reconcile all inter-company accounts with HPL and reconcile the Inventory value with accounts. Review the Budget Variance Report for Local Management for monitoring the cost control. Maintain & update the fixed assets management software “Fixed Asset Register” and Coordinate the cycle counting plan of physical verification of fixed assets. Ensuring & monitoring the tax compliance (both direct & indirect tax) and ensuring returns are filed on time along with TP (Transfer Pricing) Returns and that adequate taxes are deposited if required. Provide support, documents & explanations of financial transactions for conduct the Annual Audit by the External Auditors. Preparation of Budget & monitoring the budgetary control of business operation. Preparation of Quarterly Forecast and analysis the variance. Prepare Monthly Estimate based on forecast & submit to Group Finance, HO at KL (Malaysia). Prepare & Submission of Group Financial Returns to Group Finance.
