Managing ad calendars, tracking schedules, and creative assets across dozens of shows using internal tools and shared systems. Coordinating host onboarding and usage of brand talking points Serving as the day-to-day liaison for media agencies, brands, and podcast talent. Supporting campaign performance reporting, billing coordination, and resolving issues related to compliance or content standards. Ensuring a high standard of client service, creative alignment, and cross-team communication in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
