At Clarity Founders, I advise businesses, founders and management teams on finance, tax, internal controls, process improvement and business transformation. My work focuses on improving how businesses manage cash, inventory, reporting, compliance and financial decision-making by combining Chartered Accountancy expertise with practical systems and process solutions. Key areas include: • Tax Advisory & Compliance: Corporate and individual taxation, freelancer and IT/ITeS export taxation, PSEB-related advisory, withholding taxes, return filing and tax risk reviews. • Process Re-engineering: Review and redesign finance, procurement, sales, inventory and reporting processes to remove inefficiencies, strengthen controls and improve automation. • Internal Audit & Risk Advisory: Risk-based internal audits covering finance, procurement, treasury, payroll, inventory, governance, regulatory compliance and operational controls. • Inventory & Working Capital: Stock reconciliations, reorder levels, consumption analysis, slow/fast-moving inventory, FEFO and batch controls, stock-loss investigations and working-capital optimisation. • ECL / IFRS 9: Expected Credit Loss models, ageing analysis, provision matrices, flow-rate methodology, historical default analysis and macroeconomic overlays. • CFO & Financial Advisory: Budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, profitability analysis, cost optimisation, management dashboards, KPI reporting and Board-level analysis. • ERP & Finance Transformation: Odoo-based process design across Accounting, Sales, Purchase, Inventory and POS, including workflow automation and control design. • Financial Modelling & Valuation: DCF valuation, feasibility studies, scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and investment decision support. My focus is to convert financial, operational and system gaps into practical improvements in cash flow, profitability, controls, compliance and scalability.
