What do you need from me to get started?
I need the project city/state, ADU size, and survey or plot plan (if available). Existing house plans help if it’s a conversion.
Do you provide structural, MEP, or engineer stamps?
This gig covers architectural, structure and MEP drawings only. Structural, MEP, energy reports, and stamps are not included unless discussed separately.
What if the city requests revisions?
Revisions included in your package cover design updates. Plan-check corrections can be added if additional rounds are required.
Can you work with my local building codes?
Yes. I adjust drawings based on the client’s jurisdiction requirements, but final compliance is verified by the local authority.
What file formats will I receive?
You will receive PDF files. DWG source files are available as an extra or included in the Premium package.
