I will do an architectural render in max and corona

In this Gig we will help you to sell your project with a realistic external render, made by hands of specialized professionals in our Studio, with more than 6 years of experiences with renderings.

Here's a few things that you should know:

• We use 3dsmax in our modeling process
• We use Corona Renderer 6 as our rendering Software (to get extremely realistic)
• We DON'T provide de 3d model
• We use only full resolution textures (3k or more) (Poliigon)
• The render is a high resolution image (4k or 2k)
• We will ambient your scene with realistic blocks
• We get you comercial use
• The deadline could be changed according to each project

What we need to do the work:

• floor plans of the project (with all informations and dimentions, in CAD or BIM)
• landscape plans of the project (in case of complex landscape projects)
• Details and sketchs, elevations and sections of all important points of the project
• Brief descriptive memorial, with materials and specifications
• References
