I spent three years as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)'s Innovation team, working across some of the most dynamic industries — Automotive, Food Retail, Real Estate, Sports & Media. The role was fast-paced and client-facing from day one, which meant every deliverable had to meet a high standard of clarity, accuracy, and visual polish. A large part of my work revolved around market research and competitive analysis. I developed data-driven strategic insights tailored to each client's industry, identifying market best practices and translating them into concrete communication and brand positioning strategies. This required not just analytical rigor, but the ability to synthesize complex information into actionable recommendations that resonated at the executive level. I also worked extensively in social listening and sentiment analysis, monitoring web and social media activity using advanced AI-based tools to track brand perception, emerging trends, and customer feedback. From those insights, I built editorial plans and content strategies designed to improve audience engagement and support brand growth. On the data visualization side, I built interactive dashboards and KPI-based reports using Tableau, Power BI, and Google Looker Studio, preparing materials for client presentations and press releases using data storytelling techniques that made findings easy to understand and act on. Beyond the analytical work, I was involved in PMO activities within technology transfer initiatives: developing multichannel communication strategies, coordinating events to facilitate cooperation between research institutions and companies, and managing project roadmaps, timelines, and stakeholder engagement. It was an experience that sharpened both my technical skills and my ability to communicate complex ideas simply and effectively, two things I bring to every project I take on.
