What does it cost to run each month?
Typically $20–60/month for a small business: a small fixed fee for the number, plus per-minute of actual talk time. Billed directly by the providers. I never mark it up.
Can it use my existing phone number?
Yes. We set up call forwarding, usually only on missed or busy calls, so the agent picks up what you're already losing. No porting, no risk to your current line.
Can you connect it to my CRM or automation stack?
Yes — n8n, Make, Zapier, HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Airtable, Google Sheets, Slack. The agent can log every call, update records and trigger follow-ups automatically. Message me with your stack.
My bookings are on Doctolib, Planity, Treatwell or my own system. Will it work?
Those platforms have no public API, so direct booking isn't possible. The agent still qualifies the caller and texts you a summary, or sends them your booking link during the call. Message me before ordering.
What happens when it doesn't know the answer?
Before I build, we define exactly what it must never handle alone. On those topics it stops, transfers to a human, and you get a summary. It's built to hand off, not to improvise.
Do I own the AI voice agent and its source code?
You are. Everything runs on accounts in your name and you get the source code. If we stop working together, your agent keeps running and any developer can take over.
Can it answer calls in French, Spanish or other languages?
English, French, Spanish and more. It picks up the caller's language from their first sentence and replies in it. If they switch mid-call, it follows.
I'm an agency. Can I resell this to my clients?
Yes. You get the full source code and a config file built to be swapped per client. Message me if you want several deployments, I'll send a custom offer.
Do you support it after delivery?
Bug fixes are included after delivery: 7 days on Basic, 14 on Standard, 30 on Premium. After that, I offer ongoing maintenance — prompt tuning, updates to your hours and pricing, and monitoring of transferred calls. Message me and I'll send a custom offer.
