Need custom POS and inventory software for your supermarket or retail store?
I develop and customize Windows desktop management systems using Python, PySide6 (Qt) and SQLite. My NexoMerc ERP portfolio demo showcases real retail workflows and a practical interface.

Designed for local Windows use. Scope, revisions and delivery depend on the selected package. Source code, cloud or multi-PC synchronization, fiscal invoicing and hardware integrations are not included unless separately agreed and validated.

What is included in each package?
Basic covers a local Windows POS, products, prices and stock for one store. Standard adds supplier and purchasing workflows. Premium adds agreed management workflows, roles and reports. Each package covers only the features listed in your order.
Can I see a real example of your retail software?
Yes. See my public NexoMerc ERP portfolio demo: https://github.com/carlos-adrian-ledesma/nexomerc-erp. It demonstrates existing features; your order includes only the agreed customization, not ownership of the full private ERP. All communication and payments stay on Fiverr.
Can the application work offline or across multiple stores?
The standard solution uses a local SQLite database and can run offline after setup. Branch records can be managed within one installation, but live synchronization across separate computers or stores is not included.
Will I receive the full source code?
Source code and redistribution rights are not included in the listed packages. If you need ownership or a source-code license for custom work, message me before ordering for a separate written scope and quote.
Can you import my existing product and inventory data?
Yes, structured CSV imports of up to 500 products can be ordered as an add-on, subject to reviewing the file. Excel files, larger datasets and complex migrations require an individual assessment and quote.
Do barcode scanners and receipt printers work?
The POS supports keyboard-style barcode input and internal, non-fiscal receipts. Compatibility with your scanner or printer model must be tested. Hardware setup, drivers and printer integrations are quoted separately.
Does the system provide tax-compliant invoicing?
No. The demo generates internal, non-fiscal receipts only. Country-specific electronic invoicing, tax authority certification or legal compliance is not included and must be discussed separately.
Can you adapt the software to my language and currency?
I can discuss interface localization and business settings for your country. Existing translations vary by screen, and currency selection does not automatically convert historical values. Full translation requires an agreed scope.
What information do you need before starting?
Please provide your Windows version, business type, number of stores, required modules, key sales and purchasing workflows, preferred currency/language and any sample product file. Share test data only; do not send private credentials.
What will you deliver, and how do revisions work?
Delivery includes the agreed Windows desktop project or application package, installation guidance and the specified features. Revisions cover adjustments within the agreed scope; new modules, cloud sync and extra requirements need a separate offer.
