4️⃣ Moet ik je toegang geven tot mijn accounts?
Ja. Ik heb toegang nodig tot je Make.com account en tijdelijke admin-toegang tot de platforms die je wilt verbinden. Voor veilige wachtwoorddeling raad ik LastPass aan — hiermee kun je wachtwoorden delen zonder ze direct te tonen.
5️⃣ Ik wil geen toegang delen vanwege beveiliging. Wat zijn mijn opties?

6️⃣ Wat als mijn automation kapotgaat na levering?
Alle leveringen hebben een garantie van 7 dagen. Als er binnen die periode iets stopt met werken door de oorspronkelijke build, los ik dat gratis op. Problemen door wijzigingen van derden (API-updates, uitval van platforms) na levering worden niet gedekt, maar kunnen onder een nieuwe opdracht worden opgelost.
7️⃣ Help je met API-integraties en webhooks?
Ja. API calls en webhooks worden ondersteund en worden beschouwd als geavanceerde implementaties. Hiervoor is mogelijk een review van de officiële documentatie van het platform nodig en worden ze apart gequoteerd.
8️⃣ Heb ik een betaald Make.com plan nodig?
De gratis plan is beperkt tot 2 actieve automations, dus dat kan werken voor eenvoudige workflows. Maar voor complexe workflows heb je zeker een betaald plan nodig. Geen zorgen, ik coach je ook zodat je het plan kiest dat bij je past voordat je je ergens aan verbindt.
9️⃣ Kan je een automation verbeteren of repareren die iemand anders heeft gebouwd?
Ja. Ik kan bestaande scenario's auditen, repareren of optimaliseren. Deel toegang tot je Make.com account en beschrijf het probleem of de verbetering die nodig is — ik bekijk het en geef je een offerte.
