This service is suitable for clinics, dental practices and other appointment-based businesses. For healthcare projects, the agent handles administrative tasks; it does not provide medical advice.

Can the agent use my existing phone number?
Usually, calls can be forwarded from an existing number or handled through a compatible phone provider. I’ll check your current setup before confirming the approach.
Will it book directly into my calendar?
The Standard package captures appointment requests. Live availability checks and confirmed calendar bookings require an integration, included when agreed in Premium or a custom offer.
Can it speak several languages?
Yes. Premium includes two agreed languages. Additional languages can be quoted after we review the call flow and testing needed.
Are Retell, ElevenLabs and call charges included?
No. You own and pay for the required provider accounts, phone number and usage. My gig price covers the agreed design, setup, integration and testing.
Can it answer medical questions?
For clinics, I configure it for administrative information and appointment handling. Clinical questions and urgent situations follow agreed escalation rules.
