Hi, I’m Celia.
I help ADHD adults who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or inconsistent build systems that actually work for their real life.
I especially work with:
— ADHD adults who feel caught between high standards and chronic overwhelm
— professionals who struggle with consistency, planning, and follow-through
My coaching style is thoughtful, structured, and collaborative. I focus on helping clients build practical systems they can actually sustain.
My background is in Psychology and Communication, and I completed ADHD coach training through the iACT Center.
