A main workflow handles greeting, intent extraction, and confirmation before routing to specialized agents: New Booking Agent — Collects service type, requisition form, patient info (name, phone, health card, DOB), checks available slots, and confirms the booking Cancel Booking Agent — Verifies identity via reference number or patient details, confirms booking details, and processes cancellation Modify Booking Agent — Handles appointment rescheduling with full re-verification and slot selection Reports Inquiry Agent — Handles post-visit diagnostic report queries 🛡️ Global Logic Layer: A semantic classifier (Sentence Transformers + cosine similarity) detects emergency and ethics/privacy intents in real time, triggering dedicated action nodes that interrupt normal flow and handle these scenarios with confirmation-based workflows. 💾 Custom Memory & State: A thread-safe CustomMemory class maintains per-user conversation state across multi-turn interactions with full interrupt/resume support for async flows. 🌐 REST API (FastAPI): Exposes /chat, /chat_emergency, /chat_ethics, and clinic management endpoints (/add-clinic, /clinics) backed by a live JSON knowledge base.
