Is this the official WhatsApp API?
Yes. I build on Meta's official WhatsApp Cloud API, so your number stays safe and your bot follows WhatsApp's rules.
What do I need?
A Meta Business account and a phone number for WhatsApp app. I'll guide you through the setup step by step.
Are there monthly fees?
No chatbot tool fees. Meta charges its own small per-message fees for some message types, paid directly to Meta. The AI (OpenAI or Gemini) has small usage costs on your own account.
Can the bot answer from my own information?
Yes. Send me your FAQs, documents, price list or website, and the AI will answer from them instead of making things up.
What if the bot can't answer?
In the Premium package it hands the chat to your team. On other packages it collects the customer's details so you can follow up.
Where is the bot hosted?
On your own server or a cloud host such as Render, Railway or AWS. I'll set it up and show you how it works.
