Since 2008, I have worked in customer support and international user assistance through a physical company environment, helping overseas users navigate Chinese digital platforms, mobile payment systems, and cross-border purchasing processes. I am now expanding my services to Fiverr to assist more international users online. Over the years, our company has assisted countless international customers with purchasing from major Chinese e-commerce platforms such as Taobao, Tmall, 1688.com, TikTok Shop, Temu, and Pinduoduo (PDD). I am also familiar with Alipay, WeChat Pay, cross-border purchasing workflows, and international shipping coordination. My role was to ensure the entire process operated smoothly, including customer communication, payment guidance, platform assistance, troubleshooting, supplier coordination, order follow-ups, and logistics support for international users unfamiliar with Chinese systems. I have also successfully assisted more than 1,000 users with Alipay setup, identity verification, card linking, payment activation, and account-related issues. Many of the users included travelers, international students, business professionals, expatriates, and individuals working with Chinese suppliers or companies. Because many overseas users were unfamiliar with Chinese platforms, payment ecosystems, language barriers, or platform restrictions, my role often involved simplifying complicated processes into clear and practical step-by-step guidance in English and Chinese. I also adapted communication methods and used translation tools when necessary to assist users from different language backgrounds. My focus has always been clear communication, patient support, practical guidance, and helping users navigate complex systems in a smoother and less stressful way.
