Technical writer, copywriter and marketing engineer for B2B tech and SaaS. I work at the seam between software and the people who use it: turning complex products into clear words, and messy data into decisions. I write technical documentation, developer and API guides, website and SaaS copy, and B2B email sequences, and I do the analytics behind them: dashboards, funnel and campaign analysis, attribution, churn and LTV.
