My work as Legal Advisor at Hoffmann Group placed me alongside the commercial and technical teams responsible for industrial supply, engineering solutions, and professional tooling. I also handled matters involving proprietary engineering information, technical drawings, confidential manufacturing processes, trademarks, and restrictions on the disclosure or unauthorized use of business knowledge. International transactions required additional consideration of governing law, jurisdiction, trade restrictions, customs responsibilities, and allocation of transportation risk. When disagreements arose, I evaluated contractual correspondence, technical records, purchase documentation, financial losses, and performance evidence to determine the company's strongest legal position. My work helped improve commercial recoveries, preserve valuable technical assets, strengthen procurement discipline, and provide Hoffmann Group with effective legal solutions for complex industrial matters.
