I have extensive experience drafting federal immigration litigation documents, including Writs of Mandamus, Administrative Procedure Act (APA) complaints, motions, declarations, legal memoranda, and supporting pleadings for cases involving delayed USCIS adjudications. My experience includes employment-based immigration matters such as EB-1, EB-2 NIW, EB-3, adjustment of status (Form I-485), naturalization, and immigrant visa processing delays. I have assisted clients in preparing federal lawsuits against USCIS, DHS, the Attorney General, and other federal agencies to challenge unreasonable delays under the APA and Mandamus Act. My work includes drafting jurisdictional allegations, venue provisions, factual backgrounds, causes of action, requests for declaratory and injunctive relief, and comprehensive prayers for relief in compliance with the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure.
