Seller did not deliver on what we agreed in the job, he wants me to accept an offer that is not even 20% complete and take the money before hand, he also wants to increment the budget and ask for more money than what initially agreed on, all of it seems like a scam.

Zia was everything I could have asked for in a developer. I’m considerate of my needs, but also honest about what is possible. He works with me very well and has a great grasp of functionality, and he was already a few steps ahead of the requests I made most of the time. He is fair and provides a quality of product.
