Which CRMs do you integrate with?
ZOHO, Pipedrive, HubSpot, Bitrix24, GoHighLevel, and any custom-built CRM with an API. If your CRM isn't listed, message me — if it has an API (or even a webhook), I can most likely connect it.
Do you need admin access to my Vicidial server?
Yes, I'll need admin/API access to your Vicidial installation and your CRM's API credentials to set up the integration securely. I'll walk you through exactly what's needed before we start — nothing more than the integration requires.
How long does an integration take?
A standard one-way integration (Vicidial → CRM on disposition) usually takes 2-4 days. Two-way sync or custom transfer logic (3-way, warm transfers) can take a bit longer depending on your CRM's API and how many fields need mapping. I'll give you a firm timeline after a quick look at your setup.
What's the difference between one-way and two-way sync?
One-way pushes data from Vicidial into your CRM only (e.g., call dispositions, lead status). Two-way also pulls updates from your CRM back into Vicidial, so both systems stay in sync useful if your sales team updates lead status in the CRM and you want Vicidial to reflect that.
Can you trigger the CRM push based on specific call outcomes, not just any disposition?
Yes. I can set the sync to fire only on specific dispositions (e.g., "Sale," "Callback," "Not Interested") or on transfer events like 3-way and warm transfers — so your CRM only gets the data that actually matters to your team.
What if my CRM data ends up messy or duplicated?
I map fields carefully before going live and test for duplicate-entry risk (e.g., matching by phone number or lead ID) so records don't multiply on every call attempt. If your CRM already has messy data, I can also help clean up field mapping as part of the setup.
Will this break if I update Vicidial or my CRM later?
API integrations can be affected by major platform updates, but I build with error handling and logging so if something breaks, you'll know immediately rather than silently losing data. I'm also available for ongoing support if you want monitoring after launch.
Do you offer support after the integration is live?
