While working with Charité Berlin, I was responsible for designing medical awareness and internal hospital training presentations. The main issue was that medical content provided by doctors was highly technical and difficult for non medical staff to understand. I solved this by translating complex medical terminology into simple visual storytelling using diagrams, flowcharts, and structured slide hierarchy. I also created a color-coded system to separate critical medical procedures from general information. This approach made the presentations much easier to understand for hospital staff and improved communication between departments during training sessions.

At Siemens, I worked on internal training and onboarding presentations for new employees across technical and administrative departments. One major challenge was that the original onboarding slides were very text-heavy and difficult for new staff to follow, especially in fast-paced training sessions. To solve this, I completely restructured the presentation flow by breaking down complex information into visual learning sections, adding infographics, icons, and step-by-step onboarding visuals. I also introduced a consistent corporate layout system to improve readability and engagement. The final result significantly improved training clarity and reduced the need for repeated explanations during onboarding sessions.
