I will write and build a landing page or website
Josh
Over deze dienst
I write and build landing pages and small business websites that say what you sell in the first line and read well on a phone. You own the site, and hosting costs you nothing a month.
What you get
- Headline and page copy, written from your notes
- A design in your colours, logo and photos
- Buttons that send visitors to where you sell, book or take orders
- The site, live on your domain on your own free Cloudflare account, with every file handed over
You pay only for your domain name. Not included: online shop and payments.
How it works
- You tell me what the site is for, who it's for and what a visitor should do.
- I write it up as a one-page brief, and we agree it before work starts.
- I build it, check it on phone and desktop, and send you a preview link.
- One round of changes is included. More are quoted first at a fixed price.
- If anything doesn't match the brief within 14 days of delivery, I fix it free.
I reply within one working day. If a date is going to move, you hear it from me first.
AI helps with drafts, layouts and code. I only use AI-made images with your OK.
My samples are demos I made for brands that don't exist.

AI makes it fast. I make it finished. I make UGC-style AI video ads, landing pages, small business websites and motion graphics for Reels, for small brands and local businesses. The person who reads your brief is the person who builds it, checks it and hands it over. I use AI for the heavy lifting: drafts, layouts, code and footage. The decisions and the checking stay with me. Every order starts with a one-page brief we agree, and I reply within one working day. My samples are demos I made for brands that don't exist, not client work.
Veelgestelde vragen
What do you build the site with?
I build it in code (HTML, CSS and JavaScript), and every file is yours. AI helps me draft the layout and code, and I check every page myself on a phone and a desktop.
Is hosting included?
Yes, and it's free. I put the site live on your domain using your own Cloudflare account, on its free plan. You create the account and add me as a member, so I never need your password. Or follow my step-by-step and put it live yourself.
Are there any monthly costs?
No monthly hosting fee: a site like this runs on Cloudflare's free plan, in your own account. You pay only for your domain name, typically about $10 to $15 a year to the company you register it with.
Can I change my opening hours myself?
It's built in code, so there's no editor to log into. Send me the change, like new hours, a price or a photo, and I make it. If something doesn't match the brief within 14 days of delivery, I fix it free. Other changes I quote first at a fixed price.
Who owns the site?
You do. It runs on your own Cloudflare account and your own domain, and every file and login is yours at handover.
Do I need a domain name?
Yes, in your own name. If you have one, I put the site live on it. If not, you buy one from a domain registrar, typically about $10 to $15 a year, and I send you the steps to connect it. I never need your passwords.
How long will mine take?
Seven days for a landing page, ten for three pages, fourteen for five. The clock starts when you send the order details. If the date is going to move, you hear it from me first.
Do I see it before it goes live?
Yes. You get a preview link to check it against the brief before anything goes live, and that's where your round of changes happens.
Can you write the words?
Yes. Send me your notes, even rough ones, and I write the headline and page copy. If you already have copy, I use it as you send it.
What if it isn't what I asked for?
We agree a written brief before I start, and I check the site against it before you see it. One round of changes is included. If anything doesn't match the brief within 14 days of delivery, message me here and I fix it free.
