How do you know how to answer my guests?
Before starting we build a short playbook: house rules, check-in steps, refund rules and your tone. Anything unusual comes to you first.
What access do you need?
Add me as a co-host on Airbnb or a team member in your PMS. You never need to share your password.
Which tools and channels do you work in?
Hospitable, Hostaway, Guesty, Hostfully, OwnerRez and Lodgify, plus Airbnb, Vrbo and Booking.com directly. I follow your house rules, saved replies and check-in steps, or I can write them for you.
How will I know what happened during each shift?
You get a short handover note in Fiverr messages: new bookings, guest issues, cleaner or maintenance tasks, and anything that needs your decision. Urgent problems are flagged to you straight away.
