Hello, my name is Dio. I am a medical student in Italy. In my free time i train athletes or everyday people in the gym to reach their goals. I also am a music critic and instrument player myself (guitar) with over 900 albums reviewed in my free time.
My music critique is to tell the artists which of their tracks work and which don't, and how to possibly fix them.
I aim to create workouts based on science research to optimize muscle hypertrophy and fix imbalances, while also taking into consideration the athlete history and experience to get him where he wants to be as fast as possible.
