Saito Miyamoto help us for get places to the pokemon cafe in less than one week for places who are already book. Saito Miyamoto answered all our questions. The price is a little bit high but we have news frequently and a reservation for us at the same time for the day we want.

I was able to book into the Pokemon cafe instead. But still really disappointed I’m unable to go to the Ghibli museum. By the point Saito told me she was unable to get a ticket, I was unable to get one anywhere else

I have contacted and reached out multiple times, were in the middle of the typhoon and wanted to ask if we could move Shibuya sky from yesterday to today instead, they ignore all my communication
