Veelgestelde vragen
What types of manuscripts do you critique?
I specialize in children's picture books of up to 1,000 words, including humorous and non-humorous stories.
Will you rewrite my manuscript?
No. This is a critique service, not a complete rewrite. I may suggest alternative wording, dialogue, jokes, scenes, or other changes when helpful.
What will I receive?
You’ll receive detailed written feedback explaining what’s working, what could be stronger, and specific suggestions for improving your story.
Will you be honest if something isn't working?
Yes! My goal is to give you useful, constructive feedback—not simply tell you what you want to hear. I’ll explain why I think something isn’t working and suggest ways you might improve it.
What's the difference between the three packages?
Basic is a full critique. Standard adds a dedicated humor pass with new comedy suggestions. Premium also includes brainstorming fresh story possibilities, such as alternate scenes, plot directions, twists, and endings.
