Creative Crossroads, LLC | Project & Experience Strategist Founded Creative Crossroads to help leaders and organizations turn ideas, opportunities, and complex initiatives into clear, actionable plans. Provide project management, experience strategy, strategic planning, and execution support across community, creative, and organizational initiatives. **Achievements** • Turned complex ideas into structured plans, priorities, workflows, and actionable next steps • Coordinated projects involving multiple stakeholders, moving pieces, and competing priorities • Helped clients increase engagement by 50% through improved experiences and execution strategies • Developed processes, action plans, and project structures that helped leaders move from ideas to implementation • Supported initiatives across events, community engagement, organizational strategy, and experience design **Insights** Creative Crossroads reinforced my belief that great ideas often do not need more ideas. They need clarity, structure, and a path forward. My role is often to step between vision and execution, identify what needs to happen next, organize the moving pieces, and help turn ideas into something real.
