My responsibility was to handle the complete TikTok Shop setup process, including store configuration, compliance alignment, and preparing the shop for approval according to TikTok Shop requirements. A major challenge was securing approval for restricted product categories (food and beverage). I managed the category approval process, ensured all required details were properly submitted, and adjusted product listings to meet TikTok Shop policies. After approval, I uploaded and optimized product listings, structured the catalog for better navigation, and ensured all products were properly displayed. I also supported basic store management, ensuring smooth product visibility and preparing the shop for affiliate marketing and sales activation. This project helped the client move from zero setup to a fully approved and active TikTok Shop ready for sales.
