No. I manually diagnose each file and apply targeted fixes using the right tool for the specific problem. Auto repair often introduces new errors. You get a genuinely fixed file, not a masked one.
What if my file cannot be fixed?
I review every file for free before you order. If your file is beyond repair I will tell you honestly and advise your best next steps at no charge whatsoever.
Can you split my model into separate parts?
Yes. I split STL models into parts that fit your print bed cleanly. I also add cut and key connections so parts align perfectly after printing. Describe how you want it split when messaging me.
Can you hollow my model to save material?
Yes. I hollow models with the correct wall thickness for FDM or resin printing and add drain holes if needed. Specify your printer type and preferred wall thickness when you send your file.
Which file formats do you accept?
I accept STL, OBJ and 3MF files. All repaired files are delivered as STL unless you request otherwise. Message me first if you have a different format and I will confirm compatibility.
Can you clean up a 3D scan mesh?
Yes. I clean scan meshes by removing noise, closing holes, fixing non manifold errors and reducing unnecessary polygons. Share your scan file before ordering so I can assess the complexity.
What if I am not satisfied after delivery?
Every package includes revisions. Message me immediately with specifics and I will correct it. I do not consider the job done until your file prints correctly. Refund available if repair genuinely fails.
