As someone that used to struggle with being overweight, I know every small step counts to develop a better quality of life, so let's do our best together!
I started my journey into sports and health around sixteen year old,at the time I weighed around 125 kilos, so I decided to take action before is too late to improve myself, and so I did. Without extreme diets or extreme exercises, but rather cutting what was harmful for me, I started to find pleasure and passion for sports and for the feeling of being active and energetic.
