How does the part-time COO engagement work?
We start with a call to assess where your business is and what you need. From there I work alongside you on a regular cadence, weekly check-ins, quarterly planning, and whatever the business needs to move forward.
What size businesses do you work with?
I work with founders and owners of service businesses from under $1M to $100M in revenue. The size changes, the patterns don't.
How is this different from a business coach?
I'm an operator, not a coach. I get into the business with you, build the systems, drive the team, and make sure things actually get done.
Can I start with just one session before committing to a monthly package?
Yes. The Basic package is a great starting point. Many clients begin there and move into ongoing work once we've had a chance to connect.
What should I expect in the first month?
We assess where you are, identify the biggest gaps, and start building. Most clients feel the difference in how the business operates within the first 30 days.
