I will build an intelligent ai customer support agent for your business
Daniel Yawson
Over deze dienst
Deliver faster customer service with an intelligent AI support agent built around your business.
This is more than an FAQ chatbot. The agent understands customer enquiries, maintains conversation context, asks follow-up questions, retrieves accurate information, takes approved actions and escalates complex cases to your team.
It can connect with:
- Your website or mobile app
- WhatsApp and Instagram
- Telegram and TikTok
- CRM and helpdesk platforms
- Other custom business systems
Depending on your package, the agent can answer enquiries, check orders or bookings, capture leads, create tickets, send email summaries, trigger API workflows and transfer customers to a human with the full conversation context.
I can integrate OpenAI APIs, Supabase, PostgreSQL, vector search, messaging platforms, business APIs and custom systems.
Contact me before ordering to confirm your channels and integrations. WhatsApp, Instagram and TikTok require supported business accounts and official API access. Third-party subscriptions and usage fees are not included.

Veelgestelde vragen
How is this different from a basic chatbot?
A basic chatbot normally responds with fixed answers. This AI support agent can understand the customer’s intent, maintain conversation context, ask follow-up questions, retrieve relevant information, use approved business tools and escalate unresolved cases to a human.
Can the agent handle an entire customer enquiry?
Yes, when the required information and integrations are available. It can gather details, answer questions, guide the customer through a support workflow and provide a resolution or structured human handoff.
Can it access live customer or business information?
Yes. Through secure APIs, the agent can retrieve approved information such as order status, appointments, availability or pricing. Access depends on the APIs provided by your existing systems.
Can it take actions for customers?
Yes, within clearly defined permissions. It can create support tickets, capture leads, submit requests, schedule appointments or trigger approved workflows. Sensitive or irreversible actions may require confirmation or human approval.
Will it replace my human support team?
It is designed to handle repetitive enquiries and assist your team. Complex, sensitive or exceptional cases can be escalated to a human with a summary of the conversation and collected customer details.
Can you guarantee completely accurate answers?
No AI system can responsibly guarantee zero errors. I reduce risk using approved data sources, retrieval, tool restrictions, fallback responses, testing and human escalation.
Can you integrate WhatsApp or Telegram?
Yes, where the required business accounts and provider access are available. Messaging platforms may require approval and may charge separate usage fees.
