Its is a fast-growing e-commerce group that builds direct-to-consumer global brands, all powered by meaningful purposes +5M Customers | 30M online shoppers | 8B impressions | +250M annual sales Job Responsibilities: ● Working on preparing Data catalog over all the fact tables and views created for different analysis and reporting. ● Lead a team of 5–8 engineers to deliver high-impact data models, analytics engineering, and BI solutions across Marketing, Growth, CX, and Operations. ● Designed end-to-end scalable data architectures and ELT pipelines using Airflow (Kubernetes), DBT, and Redshift—supporting millions of daily events and business-critical analytics. ● Served as DataHub owner, establishing lineage, governance, metadata standards, and cataloging across RDLs, ODLs, and ADLs. ● Developed forecasting and lead-routing optimization models to improve conversion rates by assigning customers to the most effective agent or campaign. ● Built customer journey funnels and advanced segmentation models using Segment, improving lifecycle understanding and targeting accuracy. ● Engineered BI-ready datasets and certified data sources for Tableau and Power BI, designing analytical models that drive executive decision-making. ● Built internal CX tools using Retool, empowering non-technical users with real-time ecommerce and user feedback insights. Also collaborated with product, sales, and marketing stakeholders to deliver data-driven strategies and automated reporting frameworks ● Worked on a business forecast model in order to convert the leads by assigning them to a better agent or marketing campaigns. ● Managing refined data catalogs over all the RDLs, ODLs and ADLs. ● Formation of views and then converting it as the data sources for Tableau and PowerBI Dashboards. ● Leveraging AWS Redshift Database, DBT, Redshift SQL, Airflow Orchestration and GitHub Technologies.
