I am a civil engineer with hands-on experience in construction, tendering, quantity takeoffs, cost estimation, BOQ preparation, contract review, and project coordination. I prepare clear, auditable estimates from civil, structural, and architectural drawings using PlanSwift and Excel.
My deliverables can include marked-up takeoff drawings, quantity sheets, trade-wise BOQs, material/labor/equipment cost breakdowns, assumptions, exclusions, and commercial QA. I work carefully from drawings, specifications, and addenda and clearly identify measured, derived, allowance, and TBD quantities.
