Over mij
I’m a brand strategist and customer experience consultant with nearly 20 years of experience across luxury, retail, beauty and hospitality, including roles with Henry Jacques and Louis Vuitton. I love getting curious about a business: what makes it special, what customers notice, and where there may be untapped possibilities. Together, we’ll connect the dots and create an approach that fits your business. My goal isn’t to hand you a formula, but to help you recognize patterns, ask better questions, and leave better equipped to spot opportunities for yourself.... Lees meer

Self_Employed

Brand Director, U.S. | Henry Jacques

Self Employed • Fulltime

Mar 2020 - Oct 20255 yrs 7 mos

Served as U.S. Brand Director for Henry Jacques, an independent French haute parfumerie, leading the development of the brand in the American market. My role touched nearly every part of the customer and brand experience, from market positioning and business development to client relationships, retail partnerships, events, communications and team development. I worked closely with our international team while building relationships with clients, partners and luxury retailers across the U.S. Much of my work centered on understanding what made the brand distinctive, how to communicate that clearly, and how each customer touchpoint could reinforce the experience.

Louis_Vuitton

Fragrance Expert

Louis Vuitton • Fulltime

Jun 2016 - Feb 20203 yrs 8 mos

Served as a Fragrance Expert at Louis Vuitton in Beverly Hills, with specialized expertise in the Maison’s fragrance collection while working across the full range of product categories and serving a global luxury clientele. My work centered on understanding each client, asking the right questions, and translating their preferences, lifestyle and needs into thoughtful recommendations. I worked across categories, building relationships that went beyond an individual purchase and creating opportunities to introduce clients to different parts of the Maison. Relationship building, storytelling and clienteling were at the heart of my role. The goal was never simply to sell a product, but to create an experience that felt personal, intuitive and memorable. That experience shaped much of how I think about customer experience today: listen closely, notice the details, understand the person in front of you, and recognize how each interaction contributes to the way someone experiences a brand.
