As Founder & Owner of Ocean View Deep Waves Pomade, I lead the full end-to-end strategy and daily operations of a 360-waves-focused haircare brand. I oversee product development, branding, supply chain, e-commerce (with a heavy emphasis on Amazon), marketing, customer experience, and financial performance. I operate as the primary decision-maker, ensuring the brand grows profitably, maintains quality and compliance, and builds a loyal community through content, partnerships, and customer trust. Key Responsibilities: Amazon Marketplace Ownership (Core Operator) Own Amazon Seller Central operations: listings, variations, compliance, inventory health, and account performance. Lead listing optimization: SEO, titles, bullets, descriptions, images, A+ content, storefront, and brand story modules. Manage promotions, pricing strategy, and conversion rate improvements to increase sales and organic rank. Monitor customer feedback, reviews, returns, and account health to protect the brand’s reputation and continuity. Performance Marketing & PPC Management Build and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (Sponsored Products/Brands/Display as applicable). Analyze PPC performance (ACOS, ROAS, CTR, CVR, keyword intent, placement performance) and refine strategy. Scale profitable campaigns, reduce wasted spend, and develop structured keyword harvesting and negative keyword systems. Coordinate external traffic strategies when needed (social platforms, attribution links, influencer campaigns).
