What's the difference between a simple chatbot and a RAG based chatbot?
A simple chatbot answers using general AI knowledge. A RAG-based chatbot is connected to your own documents, website, or database, so it answers using your actual data instead of guessing. If you want accurate answers about your specific business, RAG is the right choice.
Can you connect the chatbot to my existing CRM, database, or website?
