I build the systems that sit behind a business's sales process, CRM, follow-up automation, and the integrations that connect them. That's partly a habit from my own time in sales and customer service. I know what it's like to work inside a CRM that was clearly never used by the person who built it. A lot of that work is building out pipelines inside GoHighLevel, stages, tags, and custom fields that match how a client's sales process actually runs, not a generic template. I care more about whether the follow-up sounds like a person than whether the automation looks clever on paper.
