At Apogee Corporation, I served as the dedicated InDesign production partner for publishers and brands managing complex, deadline-driven publication projects. My role centered on one mission: taking chaotic, inherited files and returning clean, preflighted masters that clients could trust completely. I resolved broken links, closed font licensing gaps, rebuilt corrupted spreads, and packaged every deliverable with organized assets, linked images, and licensed fonts. Working methodically across multi-page books, manuals, and menus, I ensured every file passed platform preflight checks, including Amazon KDP, on the first submission. Client satisfaction came from consistency and transparency. I kept buyers updated at every milestone, flagged risks before they became problems, and delivered ahead of schedule wherever possible. When challenges arose, such as last-minute content changes or damaged source files, I responded with practical fixes instead of delays. The result: repeat clients, five-star feedback, and zero rejected deliveries. This role sharpened my ability to combine technical precision with responsive communication, which is exactly what I bring to every order.
