A startup needed a mechanical keyboard case but the STL file had major warping issues during printing. I optimized mesh topology in Rhino and Blender, corrected geometry errors, and redefined wall thickness. The result was a clean, production ready model with zero print failure and perfect fit for PCB assembly.

We had a major issue where a pet food packaging design kept failing during print due to structural collapse of the pouch base. I analyzed the dieline, corrected the load distribution in CAD, and reworked the structural folds. After testing prototypes digitally and physically, the final packaging passed production and improved shelf stability significantly.

A client once approached us with a broken concept for a wearable tech product that couldn’t fit internal electronics properly. The challenge was poor dimension alignment between casing and PCB layout. I rebuilt the CAD structure from scratch using Fusion 360 and SolidWorks, re-engineered internal spacing, and optimized tolerances for production. The final design was successfully 3D printed and moved into prototype manufacturing.
