Ik ben Debapriya, een gecertificeerde yoga docent met 500 uur (RYT 500) Level II gecertificeerd door yoga alliance. Ik ben ook een Yoga Protocol Instructor gecertificeerd door het Ministerie van Ayush, overheid van India. Ik heb mijn master in klinische psychologie afgerond en heb ook een jaar ervaring in counseling. Ik ben gepassioneerd om anderen te helpen hun fysieke, mentale en emotionele welzijn te bereiken door yoga en counseling.
Ik bied online live yoga lessen aan van maandag tot en met vrijdag met 2 groepen per dag - één in de ochtend en één in de avond. Elke sessie duurt 45 minuten.
Mijn lessen zijn geschikt voor alle beginners, aspirant-yogastudenten en zijn ontworpen om mensen in hun late 40s of 50s te helpen meer te leren over de basisprincipes van yoga en om kracht, flexibiliteit en balans op te bouwen, terwijl ook ontspanning en stressvermindering worden bevorderd. Daarnaast bied ik counseling sessies aan om je te helpen bij persoonlijke of emotionele problemen die je mentale gezondheid kunnen beïnvloeden.
Met jarenlange ervaring in zowel yoga als counseling heb ik veel mensen geholpen hun algehele gezondheid en welzijn te verbeteren.

My name is Debapriya. I am a clinical psychologist and a trained yoga instructor. My goal is to find a place where yoga meets mental health.
I have completed my masters in Clinical Psychology. I give online therapy and counselling to help you get out of the block of emotional turbulence. I am passionate towards guiding you be the best version of yourself.
In addition I am a yoga protocol instructor (YCB certified) with two year experience and completed RYT 500 hours (certified by Yoga alliance, USA)
My online classes are held to assist you with proper training & guidance.

Debapriya was really polite the whole time with me. I had to cancel the session a few times due to me starting self-employment and she was always very respectful and nice and had a lot of patience with me. Thank you so much again for that.

She is definitely one of the best trainers out there. None of her classes is monotonous. She focuses on every one and attends to each student's need separately. Love her classes.
