i founded gymbaddie coaching in 2023 an online coaching project made for women who want to get stronger, feel better in their bodies and build a consistent relationship with training. i work directly with my clients creating their workouts, checking their progress and supporting them throughout their journey. besides coaching i also manage the brand’s content, communication and social media, combining my background in sports science with what i’ve learned through years of creating content online.
