A: I build with RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), which grounds every answer in your actual documents and can cite the source passage. No system is perfect, but this approach minimizes invented answers — it can also be configured to say "that's not covered in the documents" instead of guessing.
Q: Do I need my own AI account or API key?
A: For ongoing use, you'll need a free or low-cost API key from an AI provider (I'll guide you through getting one — it takes minutes). This keeps your running costs transparent and fully in your control.
Q: Is my data confidential?
A: Yes. Your documents are used only to build your chatbot and are deleted from my system after delivery. For sensitive content, I can also build with locally-run models — ask me.
Q: Can you connect the chatbot to my existing website or app?
