Can you support/train me or my team to manage the Chatbot in future?

Can you code a custom Webhook and/or API for my chat bot?

Whatsapp Chatbot will get your account banned. Is it true?
WhatsApp has finally allowed developers to build chatbots on their platform as of 1st August 2018. However, the bot would need to be approved by WhatsApp. Inexperienced developers offering cheap services are unaware of strict rules and limitations of WhatsApp, that is why you get banned.
