A weekly newsletter with 11,000 subscribers needed to scale its content production without hiring more writers. I built a Claude API pipeline: topic ideas were entered in Google Sheets, a Claude API call generated a full newsletter section draft (intro hook, 3 key points, CTA), the output was written back to the Sheet, and a Mailchimp API call staged it as a campaign draft ready for editor review. The entire pipeline ran on Google Apps Script. The editor went from spending 4 hours writing each edition to 45 minutes editing and refining. The newsletter added two new sponsored editions per month because production capacity opened up.
