Do my clients need a paid ChatGPT account?
No. Sharing a Custom GPT only requires the person using it to have a free ChatGPT account. You need ChatGPT Plus ($20/mo) to create and update the GPT, but your clients can use it for free.
How long does delivery take?
Basic orders are delivered in 5 business days, Standard in 7, and Premium in 10. Complex or heavy-document briefs may take a day longer - I'll tell you upfront if that's the case.
Can I see examples before I order?
Yes - check my portfolio for three sample GPTs built for bookkeeping and CPA use cases: a client FAQ bot, a tax prep assistant, and a new client onboarding guide.
What documents do I need to provide?
Whatever you have. SOPs, onboarding checklists, FAQ docs, tax prep guides, engagement letters - the more relevant context you upload, the more accurate the GPT. I'll tell you exactly what to gather in the intake form.
Can my clients access the GPT directly?
Yes. Once I build it, you get a shareable link. Anyone with a free ChatGPT account and that link can use it. You control who you share the link with.
Do I own the GPT after delivery?
Completely. It lives in your ChatGPT account - I build it there using your credentials (via screen share or you paste my prompts in yourself). It's yours from day one.
What if the GPT gives wrong answers?
That's what the test prompts are for. We verify the output before I mark delivery complete. If something's off post-delivery, submit a revision request and I'll fix it within 24 hours.
What's included in the monthly retainer?
Monthly document refresh - you forward me new SOPs, updated checklists, or new FAQs, and I update the GPT's Knowledge base and system prompt as needed. Keeps the bot current without you touching it.
What's the difference between the packages?
Basic covers the core GPT build. Standard adds a brand tone calibration doc and a Loom walkthrough outline so you can record a video for clients. Premium adds conversation flow samples, a structured outputs spec, and a 30-day support plan.
What if I'm not satisfied with the result?
I offer unlimited revisions on Premium and up to 2 on Standard. If we genuinely can't get it right after that, I'll refund. I've never had to - but the guarantee is there.
