The $20 figure is for a standard setup. If you handle health records or other regulated data, tell me first. That needs extra controls, and I'll quote it properly rather than pretend it costs the same.

Will my automations work the same after migrating?
That is the goal. I rebuild each workflow in n8n, run it against real data, and compare the output to what Zapier or Make was producing before I hand anything over. Where n8n can do something better, like retries or branching, I will tell you rather than change it silently.
What does the server actually cost me?
A VPS that runs n8n comfortably is $10-25/month at Hetzner, DigitalOcean or Vultr. There are no per-task or per-run fees, so the bill does not grow with your volume. The one other cost is keeping it updated: do it yourself from my handover notes, or have me do it monthly.
I do not have a server and do not want to manage one. Can you handle it?
Yes. The Premium package includes full server setup: Docker, SSL, authentication, automated backups and monitoring, so the instance survives a reboot and tells you when something breaks instead of failing quietly.
Do you need my passwords or API keys?
I work from your Zapier or Make export and set up fresh credentials inside your own n8n instance. Where a connection has to be authorised, you do it in your browser on your own machine. You hold the keys and I never need to store them.
I have more than 15 workflows. What then?
Message me before ordering. Send a screenshot of your Zapier or Make dashboard and I will quote it as a custom offer. Large migrations usually go in phases so you are never running two systems blind at the same time.
